Returns

For health and safety reasons, we do not accept returns on opened or used products.

If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the product and packaging.


Refunds & Replacements

Once your claim is reviewed and approved, we will offer either:

 

  • A replacement product, or

  • A full refund to your original payment method

 


Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days after approval.
